Stocks Deals
Right timing and proper information is the only secret of success in
the stock market. And one dirty small secret is that some people find a
chance to profit from ideal timing and marvelous information.
Not all shareholders or investors are winners, and some Initial public
offerings (IPO) flame out quickly. But savvy insiders have a pretty
clear idea of which new offerings are destined to be sizzle. That is
because many are intentionally under priced by the investment firms
that fetch them to market in order to minimize their own risk. When
there is too much demand for an upcoming IPO -- and thus a pretty good
assurance that the shares will shoot once they go on the open market --
big stockbrokers dole out the privilege of buying them to favored
consumers. Stockbroker usually passes the low-cost shares only to
consumers who produce the fattest commissions. |
